DX V2.4 was a port to AXP 1.0 by J.Lauret

DX V2.5 
 Is a re-write and clean-up of the original DX utility
 o Removed LSE support since LINK would produce lots of warnings.
 o Use of .MMS file now (.COM no longer supported)
 o Compiles now on OpenVMS 6.2 Alpha (and hopefully upper version).
 o Added message facility.
 o Added CLI interface.





Remaining issues :
 
o The compiler fails when attempt to include FCHDEF.H on AXP. I copied locally 
 the VAX FCHDEF which contain some file characteristics bit positions and mask
 definitions and replace all #include fchdef by #include "fchdef". I'll fix
 this later.

 
o On VAX, I define __int64 but rely on its definition for AXP node.
