1 NCS_CONVERT

 NCS_CONVERT /CONVERSION[=conversion_function] input.file output.file

 Converts files from one charset to another using NCS service.


2 /CONVERSION

 /CONVERSION[=conversion_function]

 Convert using named NCS conversion function (see NCS).
 Default - no conversion.


2 /SYMBOL

 /SYMBOL=DCL_symbol_name

 Convert the value of that DCL symbol
 and store the result to the same symbol.


2 /STRING

 /STRING="string"

 Convert the string and output the result to SYS$OUTPUT.


2 Logicas

 @SYS$MANAGER:NCS_ALIAS

 Converts SYS$LIBRARY:NCS.ALIAS to NCS_ALIAS logical name table.
 Use SHOW LOGICAL/TABLE=NCS_ALIAS to get the alias values.

 Keep SYS$LIBRARY:NCS.ALIAS up-to-date!
